South Bay Web Studio
Websites for South Bay small businesses, built by one local designer.
I build sites for local shops, studios, cafés and contractors from Manhattan Beach to Torrance. They load fast, look good on a phone, and make it easy for people to book or order.
I'll look at your current site and Google listing and tell you what I'd fix first. No cost, no pitch deck.

Services
What I do.
New websites
Designed from scratch around your business. No templates you've seen ten times.
Redesigns
If your site is slow or hard to use on a phone, I'll rebuild it.
Local SEO
Your Google Business Profile, page titles and structured data, set up so nearby customers can find you.
Booking and ordering
Appointments, menus and checkout, usually connected to Square, Calendly or Stripe.
Upkeep
Hosting, updates, backups and small edits. Send me an email and I'll handle it.
Lead forms
Quote requests and tap-to-call buttons that land in your inbox.
Live demos
Try it yourself.
These are the kinds of features I add to client sites. They're built for made-up businesses and run only in your browser, so nothing gets sent.

Process
How it works.
- 1
We talk
A short call or coffee. You tell me about the business and what the site needs to do.
- 2
I design
You see a design before I build anything, and we change it until it's right.
- 3
I build
I code it, connect your booking or ordering, and test it on real phones.
- 4
It goes live
I launch it and stick around for edits and upkeep if you want.

FAQ
Questions.
What's included in Care?
Care ($79/mo, or $69/mo paid yearly) covers hosting, SSL, backups, software updates and up to 1 hour of edits a month. Care+ ($149/mo) adds Google Business Profile management and up to 3 hours of edits. Both are optional, and you can cancel anytime.
How long does it take?
Starter takes about 2 weeks, Business about 3 to 4 weeks, and Pro about 5 to 6 weeks. The biggest variable is how fast we get photos and text together. I'll give you a date before we start.
Do I own the site?
Yes. The domain, the content and the files are yours.
Can you use the booking or POS system I already have?
Usually. Tell me what you use and I'll check.
Do you only work in the South Bay?
Mostly, because I like meeting in person. I'm happy to work remotely too.
Who will I be working with?
Me. South Bay Web Studio is just me, Burke Kanemasu, so you get the same person from the first call to launch.
Let's talk.
Tell me a bit about your business. I'll get back to you with ideas and a rough quote.
